Somewhere to stay perhaps.....?
So when you all think about coming to visit me in Perth, you might like to stay at the Hillarys Harbour Resort Apartments which are about five minutes away from where I live, I've not been inside one but they look really nice on the link, the views if you get a harbourside apartment are gorgeous. You can catch the ferry over to Rottnest Island or take a Whale watching cruise, you can hire a car and drive into the city centre which is only 20 minutes away on the freeway, or we could just hang and drink coffee and eat cake! Sounds like a great spot for a 'bloggers meet up' don't you think, maybe I'll have to take a 'mini break' weekend all by myself to check them out a little more thoroughly! I hope your weekend is all that you want it to be, take care and stay safe.....

If I lived 5 minutes from there I'd probably spend even more time at the waterfront taking boat pictures than I do already.
ReplyDelete`Ne kleine Bootstour könnte ich jetzt auch machen...
ReplyDeleteLieben Gruß

Sounds like an invitation to me. I've been checking flights all morning. But I can't find anything for $50 round trip for I guess we'll have to put it off for awhile. Maybe we could afford to buy one of the resort apartments and spend summers down there with you. Oui?
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteNice expensive boats in this beautiful harbor.
Great to see.
Greetings, Marco
What a great looking place!! I'd love to spend some time there, visit you and see just what all we could get into!! Hope your weekend is off to a good start! Enjoy!!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure we would all have a great time!

Have a good one!
ReplyDeleteIf we get any more hail and rain over here, I shall close my eyes and think about a nice marina on a nice day... over there.
Muy bonitas y preciosos reflejos en el agua, el contraste de los tejados de color rojo, lo hace destacar todo, mucho más.
ReplyDeleteSaludos.
Even after retirement with so much available free time, I look forward to week-ends. Odd, isn't it. Hmmm! Better check out those apartments. I've been to many places on the map, but have never been to Australia!
ReplyDeleteDon't tempt me... :-)
ReplyDeleteOh, I could spent some time there, looks very nice.
ReplyDeleteLooks fantastic place to stay temporarily. Not sure what the price for stay would be really.
ReplyDeleteOh dear, despite spending far more than I should on trips this year, I think I have to add this to my 'bucket list' of AMAZING places to visit. I'll take that waterside view, deep blue, and sunny weather anyday. :) Have a great, safe weekend too!
ReplyDelete(Funnily, Princeton hardly has block parties, I guess it's too small...so this one was pretty much a first for me too :)
Make mine a cappuccino and a slice of chocolate gateaux.
ReplyDeleteIf my best friends in Perth hadn't left recently to do their grey nomad thing around Oz, I'd be there in a heart beat to hang out and drink coffee and eat cake Grace!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to stay there! Australia is on my travel wishlist for 2014 :-)
ReplyDeleteFeels as if spring is getting closer ...
ReplyDeletePlease have a good weekend.
Nice shots! Love the blue sky!
ReplyDeleteI have long had Australia on my bucket list...not sure that will ever happen, but if it does...you can be sure I will look you up and have that coffee and cake! Lovely place...love that view of the harbor! Enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteAh! Coffee and cake looking out on that glorious view ... sounds like my sort of place.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great idea. Im in! Fiona
ReplyDeleteSure, I'd show up, but first I think we'd need a bullet train through the center of the earth from North America to Australia. You are, in a way, one of the loneliest cities in the world.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great place to stay.
ReplyDeleteVery tempting indeed.
ReplyDeleteBarquitos que parecen de papel, como decía la canción...
ReplyDeleteSaludos y buen fin de semana.
But I assumed we'd stay with......oh well.
ReplyDeleteLovely in the sunshine.
ReplyDeleteCoffee and cake could keep me happy. I'm a simple guy.
ReplyDeleteThey are pretty! I'll keep that in mind if I ever get lucky enough to visit.
ReplyDeleteWhere you live looks absolutely beautiful! You are very blessed.
ReplyDeleteyour invetory of beautiful boats looks way more than half full rather than half empty.
ReplyDeleteI love your optimistic approach in your profile.
Boats on water are always lovely but those roofs in the background caught my attention.
ReplyDeleteI checked the link to the Resort, nice location and rates are reasonable I think, thanks ! Will keep in mind certainly !
