I cannot complain! I still do, but I shouldn't :) Even though it'll be a few more weeks before I can go hiking again (hamstring injury) I have Hillarys Boat Harbour less than five minutes from home.. lots of level, scenic walking to be done here. As the harbour restaurants and shops are super busy at the weekends we, as do many locals I'm sure, tend to come down and walk through the week, it's not too shabby a spot for a bit of exercise. Happy Friday, take care and stay safe..
A good spot for a stroll.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't mind walking there, it's a beautiful spot.
ReplyDelete...it sure looks like summer to me!
ReplyDeleteYou have some lovely places. Do not overdo it. I did a hamstring in about 30+ years ago and at times I am still aware of it. Keep safe and have a good weekend, Diane
ReplyDeleteIt all looks rather attractive. I love walking anywhere where there are boats.
ReplyDeleteGlad your hamstring is healing, and this looks like an outstanding place for a light stroll. You are indeed lucky!
ReplyDeleteGood you have a fine harbor and beach for a walk. Is that a Loch Ness sea monster in the upper right corner of your first photo? Or perhaps more accurately, Hillary's Boat Harbor monster? Hope you heal more quickly than you anticipate, Grace.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a great spot for a wander.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a gorgeous spot, Grace!
ReplyDeleteTake care and stay safe my dear friend!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful spot to enjoy and so close to home.
ReplyDeleteAll very serene and peaceful.

Beautiful photos.
ReplyDeleteHappy Weekend.
Busy restaurants, oh, Grace, I was in the city yesterday. Ghosttown. Only "system-relevant shops" open.
ReplyDeleteSooo good to see Hillarys and the Breakwater-sign. It´s 4C here, Spring still takes a break - ha, explains your good weather ;-)
Dearest Grace,
ReplyDeleteHope your hamstring slowly is healing and may you find the patience to let it heal.
Hugs,
Mariette
What a pretty marina. The water looks inviting and the weather must be lovely.
ReplyDelete'five minutes from home' !!!
ReplyDeleteOhhh, it's so envy. ;)
The seaside, a mother and a child is my most favorite scene. :)
It looks good overthere to take a dive in the water. Hope you will recover soon the be able to walk again, take care!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great place for a stroll.
ReplyDeleteHillary's is a beautiful place for a walk. Hope you're taking it easy Grace.
ReplyDeleteI do see that autumn is slowly moving in, but it's still pretty happy summertime in my eyes, lovely city views.
ReplyDeleteOh poor you, I hope it doesn't take too long to heal up.
ReplyDeleteThank you for these wonderful photos. I wish you a speedy recovery (it's almost a rugby player's injury you have here ;-)
ReplyDeleteLovely photographs.
ReplyDeleteSending my good wishes and hoping the hamstring will heal soon.
Just take care and be patient :)
All the best Jan
