Deconstructed art..

It's hard to tell whether the art or the building came first here. 'Convicts Created Fremantle' by Art by Row, see more of his work here, is the artist's 'rendition of a convict with his arm made of wood reflecting the original jetty of Fremantle harbour which was created by early convicts. Holding the lighthouse that sits at the mouth of the Swan River that plays a traditional role directing boats into our harbour spawning the original constructs of Fremantle society.' Fremantle has so much fantastic art depicting the history of the port, it's always a pleasure to come across a piece not seen before. Happy Tuesday, take care and stay safe.. P.s. big catch up today 💛

  2. It is interesting how the artist worked around the canopy, assuming that it was there first. I like this one a lot, Grace!
