Early morning light is the best 💛 In Fremantle yesterday for breakfast at Chalkys below, just as the port city was waking up. Looking down High Street, check out the gorgeous street-scape here, while waiting for that first all important coffee. Blue skies once more but as you can see from the coats, still chilly. Can't believe it's Friday already, well for me anyway :) Happy day, take care and stay safe..
Winter time shadows can be stark.
ReplyDeletefirst coffee.. the best :)
ReplyDeleteNice early morning shadows. Have a great Friday Grace.
ReplyDeleteWe are starting to get those long shadows as summer starts ebbing away. The light really changes at this time of year!
ReplyDelete...you can't have shadows without sun. 😀
ReplyDeleteThey are nice looking shadows - great pictures.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
Love that tree shadow!
ReplyDeleteYou have your priorities in order Grace. Without that first coffee, the day can be chaotic. Nice shadows, the tree and table and chairs.
ReplyDeleteThe sun will be headed your way soon Grace!
ReplyDeleteWinter really is the time of the year for shadow photos. It can be really nice to be up and about early. We did it once, in Budapest, wandering the streets in the early morning as the city woke. The reason for the early rise was a time adjustment matter.
ReplyDeleteShadows are a good thing to contemplate!
ReplyDeleteI'm normally not a fan of black n white photos, but taht one is pretty good!
ReplyDeleteThe first shot is great! Just timing. :)
ReplyDeleteWhere shadows are, there must be sun aswell.

Strong shadows, Grace, but ewwww I hate winter.
ReplyDeleteLovely early morning light with its long shadows.
ReplyDeleteGood eye, Grace. I like the first photo, well composed, and with those shadowa of the tree on the street! Most people do not even see them...
ReplyDeleteThe first photo is wonderful. I love the action, light and depth quite apart from the lovely streetscape.
