I looove this one, just look at that face💙 On the way home from breakfast on Sunday we stopped in Yokine to find the lovable pooch here on the side wall of the new Aldi building in the Dog Swamp Shopping Centre. Part of the re-brand of the shopping centre this and ducky just around the corner were created by Kingman Visual. If you were curious re the name, it was originally named ' Native Dog Swamp' by the English, referring to the dingoes or
native dogs who would have
used the waterhole for drinking purposes.. nowadays it is a bird sanctuary, not a dingo in sight :) Happy Tuesday, take care and stay safe... P.s. thanks so much for all the lovely birthday wishes for Aimee yesterday..
Wonderfully colourful!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beauty Grace. Love the doggie, but the duck is also quite colourful.
ReplyDeleteI've driven past that shopping centre a few times and always wondered about the strange name, now I know!
...colorful critters.

ReplyDeleteThe doggie murals have stolen my heart. I wonder what the artist would do with Wild Wendy's image?

ReplyDeleteThese are almost too colorful and wonderful. They're perfect! The dog is so nicely captured and that duck is amazing. I even love the color drips.
ReplyDeleteBoth are very beautiful, Grace. Still weird to see good ole ALDI in your place. I must´ve been around 5 or 7 when the first ALDI came to our little town.
ReplyDeleteIt was rather shabby and very different from yours. Still, btw! Much simpler.
I once saw a pig that got mixed up with some paint tins - it looked similarly innocent and equally colourful!
ReplyDeleteGostei bastante destas pinturas.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e boa semana.
