Incroyable colour combination of deep purple and vibrant orange in this piece by Perth artist, illustrator Sarah McCloskey aka SarSar. Commissioned last year by the Rosemount Hotel, seen to the right in the last shot. Looks amazing on the black wall of the Rosemount's Thirsty Camel bottle-shop. You might remember the last mural by the same artist here, black and white and equally fabulous. Hope you had/are still having a brilliant weekend.. for me it's all over :) happy Monday, take care and stay safe..

Fabulous mural Grace.
ReplyDelete...she sure is a looker!
ReplyDeleteIt's beautifully done!
ReplyDeleteIt's a holiday here tomorrow, so the weekend gets extended.
At this time of year I love to see color! As William said we have a holiday here tomorrow - Family Day. Just a way of getting a day off in the midst of winter - skiing, skating, etc!
ReplyDeleteThirsty Camel Bottle Shop, Brilliant
ReplyDeleteCheers
I love the colours on this one :-)
ReplyDeleteThat's a beauty, Grace.
ReplyDeleteGlorious colour, PDP. Love it!
ReplyDeleteI remember seeing a large mural in Adelaide a few years ago on the side of a Thirsty Camel bottleshop and it was not much more than a horrible advertisement. This is better.
ReplyDeleteLove this.
ReplyDeleteMakes me thirsty.
I love what she does with hair. She's equally adept with color or black and white.
ReplyDeleteThe richness of these colors are elegant. Murals probably look best in color, but not always, necessarily. And the decision is in the eye of the beholder. Or something like that! :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, vibrant combination, I love it, Grace!
ReplyDeleteCertainly draws a smile on one´s face :-)
I love murals and this one is compelling.
ReplyDeleteVery nice mural, and I love the colours too (but I have to say, I think I prefer her black and white one)
ReplyDeleteLoved the mural, Awesome.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice week ahead.
A bright coloured one!
ReplyDeleteVery cool, Grace. The redhead in your family must love it, too. (I just discovered another Perth blogger, Sami, through her hosting of Monday Mural . . . don't worry, you are still one of a kind.)
ReplyDeleteLove the colours here they are just perfect on the dark background.
ReplyDeleteI am sure my cough has got worse! Have a good week, Diane
My hair's black and white these days, which is at least more acceptable than purple!
