You might remember the last time you saw this spot on Hay Street in the city it was festooned with a colourful array of umbrellas during the winter festival.. now adorned with garlands of flowers during Spring in the City. Whether brollies or blooms it's a hot spot for photos :) Heartfelt wishes go out to all affected by the horrific bush-fires in California and those still struggling with the aftermath of hurricanes and storms.. the US is having a tough time in more ways than one. Happy Wednesday, take care and stay safe...
A delightful sight!
ReplyDeleteWow, looks beautiful Grace. Love the hanging garlands.
ReplyDelete...brollies, I had to think on this one!
ReplyDeleteWhat a unique way to celebrate spring. Never seen anything like it, but it is great.
ReplyDelete<3 Thanks for all the positivity
ReplyDeleteThis is really beautiful and if those are real flowers, I bet it smells heavenly. I don't know which I like better, the brollies or the flowers.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the kind thoughts about all the tragedies in the U.S. It has certainly been a horrific year.
Love the hanging garlands.

That looks so lovely, Grace!
ReplyDeleteSpring is in the air along with the garlands, very pretty. Nice shot Grace.
ReplyDeleteLook up! I'm afraid I'd be walking into people there, PDP. How beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI am so jealous of you heading for spring!!! I hate winter. Love these photos. Cheers Diane
ReplyDeleteI wish there was more use of hanging baskets of flowers in Australia. These in the mall look good.
ReplyDeleteNice place. Spring has sprung there and here fall has fallen.
ReplyDeleteA unique and wonderful way to celebrate the arrival of spring!
ReplyDeleteThis is so gorgeous! What a celebration of a wonderful season. (The worst of the wildfires are close to an area where I used to live. The devastation is unimaginable; whole neighborhoods are ash and rubble. And I've yet to learn the fate of animals at a small private zoo where I briefly worked, Safari West.)
ReplyDeleteLove the hanging garlands, a new idea I've never seen before.
ReplyDeleteYou are fortunate to have spring now, Grace !
Linda esta decoração.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e boa semana.

ReplyDeleteThat looks so wonderful!
ReplyDeleteThe first pic reminded me of Christmas as at that time many have wreath for the season here with four candles to light.
ReplyDeleteIt´s nice, but as you can guess, Grace, I liked the brollies much, much better.
Spring, that sure sounds wonderful. We are entering the dark period now. Not a fun place to be, so I will be checking your Spring photos more closely now.
ReplyDeleteThe blog are the best that is extremely useful to keep.
ReplyDeleteI can share the ideas of the future as this is really what I was looking for,
I am very comfortable and pleased to come here. Thank you very much.
