I didn't have any luck winning the vintage bike in the last competition I entered, so cross fingers for me..maybe this one will be mine! If I win it I'll definitely get Aimee to take a shot of me wobbling along on it, the 'little bit rusty' applies here also :) Hope you have a really good weekend, take care and stay safe....

They are pretty unique Grace! I like the first flower but I wouldn't dream of paying anything close to that for "garden art" See how cheap I am? I hope you win the bike - she's a beauty. Enjoy your weekend too.
ReplyDeleteA local nursery has a full-sized hebel carving of a sheep but $400 for a sheep that won't actually trim the grass is a bit much, no matter how attractive. Not sure I like the rust-ic look that much!
ReplyDeleteAh! My rusty heart is still flowering, G :-)
ReplyDeleteAloha, Dear
Just as well you did not win the bike. You would have to ride it then.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy looking at the rustic and rusty garden ornaments but spending money on them is not something I like. :P Hope you win the pretty bicycle.
ReplyDeleteOddly, the rusty balls seem to catch more of my attention. Good shots!
ReplyDeleteOur Nissan Patrol LWB in 1999 (bought (and sadly - but certainly) sold again) in Perth) had a rusty-brown color. Love the color hence, heaps (you can "hide" in so many places with a car like that!) - 130 bucks, though? Must be love then and then it´s ok :-)
ReplyDeleteFingers and toes crossed for you winning the bike, Grace!
ja als je er nou helemaal gek op bent maar ja ik vind het wel veel geld maar de fiets die is je van harte gegund.
ReplyDeleteInteresting garden art and a cool bike -- I like your captures better than any of the real things though! Hope you have a wonderful weekend, Grace! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI'd take the rusty balls. But I really like that bike, Grace - hope you win!!
ReplyDeleteOriginal ornaments for the garden
ReplyDeleteYou'll be lucky this time ... You get the bike.
Hugs and kisses.
Rusty is kind of cool. Especially for rainy places like here! :-) I want that bike! I'd be cycling and singing in the rain!
ReplyDeleteBummer about the bike....but I do like the rusty bits. I do think they'd look better here in the desert around rocks:) As for the title of this post.....rusty??? Yeah right:) Oil up them parts and you'll be back to new:)
ReplyDeleteNot sure about the rusty and holey butterfly, but that red bike rocks. Good luck.
ReplyDeleteI had to laugh at your title here, Grace. Wasn't sure what adventure you were taking us on today :). But now I know that it is down the garden path to look at very clever artwork. Impressed. You have a good weekend too!
ReplyDeletegreat photos of the rusty art...I like to look...buying is a whole other subject :D I have bought wall art since I've lived in the apartment...that'll probably be about as far as I go. Thinking a good thought for you winning that red bike :D
ReplyDeleteA little rusty, but beautiful. Rez and flower - an interesting combination. Good day to you!
ReplyDeleteSo many things I like here.... :)
ReplyDeleteOh, I got confused again. I think that happened on a previous visit long ago. Daily photos from your Perth, not my Perth. Hello from quite near old Perth, in Perthshire. Some lovely photos here.
ReplyDeleteThe garden art is great but not sure I would pay that much for it. I hope you get the classic bike!
ReplyDeleteA little bit rusty? You? Nah. Can't be. I hope you get the pretty red bicycle, Grace.
ReplyDeleteI like the rusty ball made out of letters.
ReplyDeleteIt's like riding a bike, you never forget! That is a very handsome bike. You'd look great on it.
ReplyDeleteohmygod, I love the bike picture, I our trips, I'm always looking for bikes to take pictures! Adorable composition!
ReplyDeleteAnd I love the rusty sculptures as well!

Léia

I cross my fingers for you to win that pretty bike!
ReplyDeleteI also like the letter balls, although the flower is also cute.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend Grace.
I agree with your sister...I like them too. I also wouldn't mind having that bike either.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the visit Gracie!
I have a rusted fender on my vintage truck. Want to win that?
ReplyDeleteYou know I love a little rust myself. As for the bike, wouldn't even try it these days!
ReplyDeleteV
Love that bike, but I'll let others put rusty old things in their garden. I figure I'll be lucky to get a rusty old halo when I pass on...
ReplyDeleteI love rust. The flower on top is so cool!
ReplyDeleteLove that red bike!!!
ReplyDeleteI really like the "rusty balls". Different and the one with the letters is clever. How large are these creations anyway?
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the cute bike.
Very nice items! Arianna
