At least! This young mum had her hands full (I remember the days!) with not one but three toddlers all having a wonderful time splashing about on the beach, a scene echoed all along our coast yesterday, and although the sun was shining for a change, the temperature was still under 20C, not warm enough for my twinkle toes ..how warm does it have to be before you'll dip your tootsies in the sea! I have to admit I'm a sucker for water reflections, you can have such fun with them. I hope your week has started well and continues so, take care.. p.s. just incase you have blue sky envy, it's back to grey and rain today and for the rest of the week.....
The water here stays so cold that even in June and September I find it hard to think of dipping a toe in! During the dog days of July and August, though, it almost doesn't matter how cold the water is - better than the hot air!
ReplyDeleteTja, drei von diesen Kleinen zu bändigen ist nicht so einfach...:-)
ReplyDeleteLieben Gruß

I do remember those days! And they were great! The kids remember them fondly, too, although our oldest is 52 today! :-) This morning, in Ocala, it was 57 degrees (F)! Yeah, fall is on the way!
ReplyDeleteKids love water..and don't seem to mind the cold. I like mine warm!
ReplyDeleteEven at the peak of summer's warmth I don't set a toe in - too cold for me! And she must have eyes in the back of her head to keep track of 3 at the waters edge.
ReplyDelete(And not to worry, it's grey here also, though no rain yet.)
Ah, yes! I had four kids in five years and I do remember those days indeed!! Lots of fun, but have to admit that I'm glad they're grown! Now we can all have fun together -- without having to change diapers and chase the little buggers everywhere!! Love the pictures! Glad you're getting some good weather and hope you have a great week!!
ReplyDeleteThese water reflections are so pretty and wobbly ... especially the Mums red top.
ReplyDeleteYes! I remember those days Grace happy but SO busy!
Great shots, Grace. It is a sunny fall day in Toronto today.
ReplyDeleteTemperature is increasing in Australia, here in Europe, it goes down like hell.

Still above 20, even during night over here. Warm enough to sleep without a blanket. Can't wait for autumn to come. Wonderful pictures !
ReplyDeletePlease have a good Tuesday.
Great reflection shots!
ReplyDeleteNice water reflections, Grace.
ReplyDeleteAli describes the oceans in New England. Much too cold before July and after August, but sometimes worth going in the water in July or August to deal with the oppressive heat.
Love the reflection shots....but no thanks on the kids:)
ReplyDeleteI love the reflection in the first shot.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful reflections. The water has to be pretty warm for me wade in. But, kids tend to be a lot more hardy, don't you think?
ReplyDeleteOh my! Does she have triplets?
ReplyDelete20c cold? Are you sure you had a winter...?
ReplyDelete20 degrees sounds good to me at the moment. Our summer or non-summer actually has all but disappeared. Lucky I rather like snow so have something to look forward to.
ReplyDeleteDays at the beach with youngsters are what Summer is all about.
ReplyDeleteWell she has a lot to do, all those wet clothes...
ReplyDeletewe had a brilliant fall weekend (i have to admit it was nice even if i was still wishing it were summer) .. morning temps have been very chilly here in the 50s ... tomorrow its supposed to be rainy ... i love reflections and shadows and ... just about everything!
ReplyDeleteHi Grace. Sorry about the comment. I found it and posted it. Sometimes I get so excited to see your comment, I go right to your blog and then forget to actually post your comment. Well, that's happened with a few bloggers. Eventually, I usually find them and post them. Hey, what can I say, I'm old and a little slow! :-)

20C is definitely too cold for me! But children are immune to things like cold water. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat reflections and love seeing the kids have fun. :)
Gorgeous! Love the top shot.
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice day and what a nice thing to do.
ReplyDeleteLucky people!!
