Reflected in the window of Little C's, the family beach at Hillarys Boat Harbour. When I took these shots on Wednesday it was 35C. Ahhh! Summer in Perth, so much easier to take when near the ocean! For those in the northern hemisphere I hope my summer shots warm you up as much as your beautiful winter scenes cool me down. Bon weekend, take care and stay safe...
The views of Hillary's harbour are always a delight Grace. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a lot of people are out and about, but so hot!
ReplyDeletePositively balmy looking considering the Arctic blast we are shivering in presently!
ReplyDeleteLooks like an enjoyable place. I'm not jealous of your temperatures Grace. Nice clear day and 26C here in the more north than Australia, but not in the snow.
ReplyDeleteYour shots today make it look like summer is in full swing in your territory. All those people enjoying the water and sunshine makes it look inviting. We have grey skies today so I'll enjoy your views.
ReplyDeleteback to my boat life! fine summer fun with you, G
ReplyDeleteGorgeous blues! Arianna
ReplyDelete...hot and blue!
ReplyDelete35 degrees. I'm beginning to understand why there's a limited-overs cricket team called Perth Scorchers.
ReplyDeleteThey do look so warm, Grace! At least it is sunny here today but -3˚C so cool in the shade.

ReplyDeleteWhen it gets hot like that jumping into the water feels great, and continues to feel good for a while after leaving the water. No, not Rome. We are in Barcelona, Spain for about a month. Get to escape sub zero temperatures, snow, and ice while enjoying a great city. Look for more photos from here in the coming days.
ReplyDeleteWow, look at all the people.
ReplyDeleteEveryone is having fun in the sun. When it's that hot, the water and shade are your two best friends.
ReplyDeleteThe dreaded 'wintry mix' expected here tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteAll I can think of is this: https://youtu.be/nU5uDozoSSM

ReplyDelete(Too) soon, Grace, your summer-pics will have to cheer me up! For now I'm burning my legs in Joondalup ;-)
ReplyDeleteFantastic
ReplyDeleteLove the water views. And the beach looks busy with colour. Our summer on my Mornington Peninsula seems to be taking a few long cat naps. Right now, I am wearing a jacket, but I believe on Monday there will be another change.
ReplyDeleteEverything is so blue!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful to see these summer photo's and the wonderful blue.
ReplyDeleteHope your weekend is going well ...
All the best Jan
Amazing pics.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend
More of your wonderful photography. Lovely scenes and I'm impressed with the numbers of people taking advantage of sun and water!
ReplyDeleteJ'aime beaucoup tes photos! It's 35 degrees right now but it's 35F. :-)
ReplyDeleteI look out the window at the ice here and your photos make me yearn for summer!
