My sunshine doesn't come from the skies,
It comes from the love in my dog's eyes.
It comes from the love in my dog's eyes.

There are so many cafes around Perth now that welcome four legged coffee companions, couldn't resist this little sweetie sitting patiently while mum :) finished the crossword puzzle. The words above could equally apply to any beloved pet, although I can't imagine a pussy cat being patient for quite so long can you. Happy Friday. take care and stay safe.. p.s. ooops! spotted :)
Sweet capture, G

Definitely has you in his sights.
ReplyDeleteAh, he does remind me of my Sam Schnauzer, whom, as you know, I lost two years ago. There's still a big empty space that I feel every day!! Thanks for sharing!! I hope you have a great weekend!! Enjoy!!
ReplyDeleteA poignant shot, Grace. I think the woman is not doing a crossword, but is penning a letter to the manager of the restaurant thanking her for allowing dogs on the premises. :)
ReplyDeleteDogs are not much help when it comes to crosswords
ReplyDeleteThat's a dog loved very much.
ReplyDeleteYes, you've been spotted alright. That cute little face is looking right at you. What a great shot and I love the little poem.
ReplyDeleteCute, Grace!
ReplyDeleteThat's a cute little dog who looks happy just where he is, but he is checking out the photographer to make sure she isn't a threat.
ReplyDeleteNice picture Grace, I wonder if it helped with seven across :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute pup!
ReplyDeleteWhat a little sweet pea.
ReplyDeleteA nice capture. See? You can do portraits, too.
ReplyDeleteThose lap dogs are happiest when someone holds them and will stay quiet for a very long time when held!
ReplyDeleteAwww - so adorable!
ReplyDeleteA pet that's truly loved.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute photo, the dog looks so funny.
ReplyDeleteI think such cafes are a great idea--though I can't imagine many cats finding it enjoyable. I used to wish I could take Sam with me when we went out--I'd even looked into getting a special stroller for him.
ReplyDeleteI think he help the woman to finish the crossword puzzle
ReplyDeleteGreat portraits of that "doubles team"... ;-)
ReplyDeleteEnjoy a great and pleasant weekend!
Regards from Germany, Uwe.
Watchful dog, Grace! And... looks like it´s still rather cool...
ReplyDeleteThanks, Grace, for your comments. Love your sense of humor. There are now something like 80,000 people living in The Villages and most every family has a golf car. You can drive them on most of the roads. It gets really crazy at times. We tried to ride bikes down there one time some years back and almost got run over by golf cars!
ReplyDeleteGrace, these are such beautiful photographs, a delight for the heart!
ReplyDeleteLovely picture! A nice couple :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend...
Titti
Sweet!
ReplyDeleteRealaxing.
ReplyDeleteoops,
ReplyDeleteRelaxing.
What, no smartphone?
ReplyDeleteThis little guy is adorable and seems really mellow.
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous moment. love the expression on the little dog's face in the first photo.
ReplyDeleteFantastic photos. It's great to see some is writing real postcards.
ReplyDeleteI have a friend who claims to be allergic to dogs and he always walks away from the cafe when someone arrives with a dog.
