As all the birds here are Little Corellas and entirely white apart from the blue and pink around the eye area, it was a good opportunity to play around a little (well a lot actually) with B&W and shadows, not sacrificing an abundance of colour in the process. It was a weird day yesterday, I spent the whole day thinking it was Sunday, so you can imagine my delight when I realized there's still a whole day of the weekend left, joy! I hope your day is a lot more colourful than these images.....!!
Weird that you talk about yesterday (Saturday) when it is only 2 pm Saturday here! Cool to see these B & W especially with the shadows.

Interesting how the BW images cause you to notice the light and shadows! The second to last photo really caught my eye. Look at the shadow!
