Here I am showing the beginning and the end of a lane-way mural in Bayswater. I love it when I come across tiny murals painted into otherwise nondescript nooks and crannies that seem just right for them. Trying to escape through a gap in the wall above a leaky tap, the kinda cute, except for the teeth :) monster with the maniacal look in its eyes was painted by the same artist who painted the sweet old lady with a similar look in her eyes below on her way to post a letter, you will have to look a little closer at her letter to see the addressee, whatever would she have written I wonder :) Will show the middle of the lane-way and artist next week. Happy Mother's Day to all that celebrated/are still celebrating, hope you had a lovely day. Happy Monday, take care and stay safe..

I don't think he reads much.
ReplyDeleteI like the first one.
ReplyDelete...these are fabulous!
ReplyDeleteI like them both, Grace! Love the wee dog.
ReplyDeleteThe crosseyed gremlin is perfect for the setting. A gremlin with a runny nose looks about right. The lady with the dog and spreading butterflies looks more kindly than the gremlin.
ReplyDeleteI like both!
ReplyDeleteHe looks like he want to go out on town.
ReplyDeleteCoffee is on and stay safe
Beautiful murals, I especially loved the last one.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to the artists.
Happy Mother's Day
The monster needs a COVID test with a nose running like that. The other mural is very sweet.
ReplyDeleteFun murals! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteDearest Grace,
ReplyDeleteThose are both special murals.
Hugs,
Mariette
I think I can relate to the gremlin at the moment, my hayfever allergies are through the roof.
ReplyDeleteOhhhhhhh, soooo cute, Grace!
ReplyDeleteClever mural, the running nose one, I love it!
And the Granny 🧡
Guess what. Was at the post office on Saturday, posting something to The Netherlands. Had checked online for Australia and wasn´t sure, asked my postie.
Nope.
Australia still has code orange for us! He said, "they can lick it later!". WHY?! Why can I not send a parcel to you?!
I think I´ll unpack to make sure it´s still "good" - it sits here till November!!!
Oh - I do love that runny nosed gremlin. Someone is very creative.
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice mural that second one, the other is a bit grumpy...
ReplyDeleteThat are two very nice murals and the first really to impress small children.
ReplyDeleteGreat murals Grace, I do prefer the old lady one :)
ReplyDeleteThe old lady is cute, lovely!
ReplyDeleteThat little monster could be frightening at first. I love the little old lady and her dog.
ReplyDeleteGreat murals and wel done, I like them both.
ReplyDeleteTwo great murals, you have a never ending supply of them it seems.
ReplyDeleteHope all is well Diane
