The heavy rain falling from the skies here on Sunday were the lead in to our coldest day so far this year on Monday, a mere 16C.. and it's not even officially winter yet! Back up to 20/23/24C for next few days before the rain returns at the weekend. I'm not complaining.. yet :) Happy Wednesday, take care and stay safe.. P.s. both shots straight out of camera within minutes, why the sky is so different in intensity in each is a mystery!
Not the kind of skies I've come to expect from Perth! Our temperatures are very similar, about 16 today and gradually getting warmer for the weekend.
ReplyDeleteNice dramatic skies, Grace.
ReplyDeleteThe sky does hold so many mysteries and so many wonderful moods as well! Beautiful photos.
ReplyDeleteVery dramatic.
ReplyDeleteThe sky looks so big! 16˚C is not bad for winter. We are at 31˚C today and Friday we are only going up to 14˚C. Springtime in Canada!
ReplyDelete16 degrees is cold? That's about 60F. Warm!
ReplyDeleteGreat cloud pics.
...I would love Biblical skies, we are dry and today it was 30F.
ReplyDeleteGoes really are biblical skies. So nice seeing you today, G
ReplyDeleteDearest Grace,
ReplyDeleteSuch low hanging biblical skies you see almost daily in The Netherlands...
Not so much here, it is open and very high and only when a tropical storm is coming up it looks dramatic.
Hugs,
Mariette
Those skies look like they are about to dump a heavy amount of rain on you. A good winter storm for sure!
ReplyDeleteThose clouds are dumping a heavy rain on the land. The moisture is often appreciated, but not the violence of a storm.
ReplyDeleteVery dramatic
ReplyDeleteWater look scary.
ReplyDeleteCoffee is on and stay safe
It seems like Perth in winter is similar to what our weather is like the far north of NZ, not cold enough for snow.
ReplyDeleteWinter is definitely on the way Grace. No photo of clouds is ever the same.
ReplyDeleteGrace! 🤣🤣🤣 13C here.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pics. Grey, just grey here. Not even rain...
It really looks a bit like here in Almere and our temp is even lower and that for us nearly in summer.
ReplyDeleteOh my, that looks indeed the end of the world!
ReplyDeleteLove photos of clouds and sky, these are wonderful. Have a good week, Diane
ReplyDeleteLooks like a lot of rain is falling in the distance!
ReplyDeleteGreat cloud pictures Grace. It was a wintry weekend for sure. My daughter in Germany had similar temperatures and they are almost in Summer 😁
ReplyDeleteSummer is coming here... One day, after the rain stops...
ReplyDeleteUm céu ameaçador.
ReplyDeleteUm abraço e continuação de uma boa semana.
