Choosing flowers in Highgate..

Whenever we have lunch in Highgate it's impossible to go home without a bunch of flowers from Chatsworth Deli (no longer a deli) on Beaufort Street. Below my choice as we await our lunch outside Mrs S cafe. It was chilly and we were the only two daft brave enough to sit outside.. the best way to watch the comings and goings on the street (show you the most amazing sight tomorrow) while tucking into :) the best croque madame, oozing with Gruyere! Happy Tuesday, take care and stay safe...

  1. A lovely bouquet!

Croque monsieur or croque madame, both are exquisitely tasty!

  2. It looks like a great place not only to eat but people watch. I know you mentioned flowers in that first shot it just took me awhile to notice them! :))

Love that bouquet, too. But what the heck is a crocket mister or missus? :)

  9. There are certainly lots of flower to choose from. We sat outside yesterday for afternoon tea at a beach side cafe. Gosh it was cold and even I thought maybe we should move inside, but we didn't.
