A bientot, see you soon!



By the time you see these shots taken last night after dinner at Hillarys Boat Harbour I'll be up, up and away to Sydney. If you knew how terrified I am of flying you might guess how it was for me yesterday.. so excited to see my gorgeous granddaughter who has just turned one and at the same time filled with claustrophobic fear at the thought of stepping on board the plane. We've had a fair bit of rain the last few days, making the skies a little more interesting than constant blue :) Below, boardwalk reflections leading along to the BREAKWATER tavern, I see I caught a night rower there! God willing :) I'll be back next week, until then you take care and stay very safe...

    How exciting, and yet I know planes scare me too, but once we get on and lift up the flight just seems to blend away! One year is a great year too, my youngest grand-daughter is four! They grow so quickly! Enjoy your time away, don't even give the plane trip back a thought!

    Have fun in Sydney. Hopefully there will be no crazies at the controls....Have a safe flight.
    Needless to say I despise flying commercial. I prefer my own plane even if it only has one engine.

    White-knuckle flyer, are you? I used to love to fly, but the necessary security measures have taken all the fun out of it. Have a safe trip!

    Terrific light in your shots today. Love that blue sky and water. The refections in the night shot are great. Don't worry about flying as you are safer in the air than any other mode of travel.
