All the lovely things above are in
Baker and Shuhandler in Highgate. I see
six a few things that if I wasn't trying to prove to P I
actually do have some control over my spending habits I'd happily take home! Not in the picture, a small blown glass cockerel, gorgeous colours that would have looked perfect on my kitchen windowsill, not a bad price either..
but I walked out without it, which doesn't mean I won't go back without encumbrance :) Now I'm off to catch up with what you guys have been doing since I nearly expired, dramatic moi, no way! Have a brilliant weekend, take care.. p.s. did you know
The Pretty Things were a 1960's British R&B band.. neither did I :) p.p.s. did you know that
All the Pretty One's are a range of fabulous hats designed and made by my super talented niece.. I
did know that, you might spot a familiar red headed model if you check the photos :)
Glad to hear that you've recovered.
ReplyDeleteOh, yes! I'm glad you've recovered, too, and that you're ready to hit the streets with camera in hand!! Have a fun weekend!!!
ReplyDelete"nearly expired "?!! I'm glad you did not !!
ReplyDeleteNice reflection!
I wish you a good week-end !
lol "nearly expired" you are funny...glad you are feeling better...lots of pretties in there...go back and get the one you left without...i've walked out of stores without something i really liked, then stress about it till i get it, worrying all the while that someone else will buy it before i get there!
ReplyDeleteI love the reflection in the mirror, Grace! Glad you have recovered. ;-)
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad to hear you're feeling better, Grace! Love the peacocks!
ReplyDeleteFantastic reflections. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteThe mirror is pretty, but the two peacock above are stunning ! That is something like that I would need to decorate my room...
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! I adore reflections!
ReplyDeleteThe Pretty Things were indeed a decent band, but nit terribly pretty I must say.
ReplyDeleteI want that mirror!

ReplyDeleteGlad to see you back and shopping again!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you´re better, Grace! And a great shot, too!
ReplyDeleteWell, self control when shopping is not ALWAYS a good thing, Grace. :)) (And I truly believe this even though I am not a shopper.) The mirror and peacocks are wonderful.
ReplyDeleteAlways thought the Pretty Things was a great band name. They weren't pretty but the music was fine.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great place for a little "look around".
ReplyDeleteYou exhibited great restraint. Go back! You only live once so do whatever pleases you!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteA great reflection! And also a nice place to visit!
ReplyDeleteA very tempting little shop. Love the peacocks looking so kingly on the wall.
ReplyDeleteStunning shot of what must be a stunning shop!
ReplyDeleteSeveral nice looking items and a great reflection.
