Yesterday, today.. and tomorrow.

... and well into next week! Not everyone likes to beach with the crowds, fortunately there are long stretches of white sand and blue ocean in-between. Yesterday we stopped half way between Scarborough Beach and City Beach where it was almost deserted. Two things.. hopefully the sunbathers here are covered in 50+ sunscreen and that they don't swim too far out with no-one around to rescue them.. gawd I'm getting old 😉 Happy Tuesday, take care and stay safe..

  4. wonderful beaches. I used to go to places like this when I was a kid with my parents. Deserted beaches are like old dreams.

  5. Oh to be that slender again! I'm not sure how you managed it, but these photos just scream "it's hot". It looks like it would be very hot on that sandy beach. It's still beautiful but, it looks like you could get burnt to a crisp very quickly.

  9. I only like empty beaches, I hate crowds full stop. I used to spend hours in the sun in Rhodesia, luckily for me, especially being a red head, I have not suffered. I seldom spend long in the sun these days unless I use cream. Cheers Diane

  10. The beach is always a welcoming sight to see. I don't think I would be laying in the sun though.

  12. Beautiful!
Reminds me of the National Seashore on Cape Cod MA. Water is not that nice any where in the USA though. We have way too much pollution.

  17. I just fail to understand sunbathers at all, Grace! Isn´t that boring? Plus dangerous... miss a spot and BURN (happened to Ingo when he was with the Little Giant Girl. Missed a tiny spot on his arm...).
