Kathy had asked, as there are many very Russian receipes. Aka heavy one.
Ours is East German, we used:
- 250g smoked pork chop
- 100 g Jagdwurst
- 80 g cherry tomatoes (tinned)
- 3/4 glas Lecsó (thick vegetable ragout, ours is more saucy, though, wiki is not always a good source)
- 3 pickled cucumbers
- 1/2 onion
- Ketchup and as spices
- salt, pepper, paprika
- bit water and oil
topped with a tad Crème fraîche
Not sour at all.
Policemen get younger every year, but the one in plain clothes looks particularly young.
