Flora and Fauna of WA..

The spectacular Australia Day mural/decal above depicting the flora and fauna of WA was designed and created for the City of Perth Library by Perth mural and sculptural artist Melski McVee. Looks amazing on the glass frontage of the library.. if you pull it in a little closer you will see that the names of the flora and fauna on the right in English have corresponding Indigenous names to the left.. I like that a lot! Had to smile when I downloaded the pic below to see three more happy snappers in super photogenic Cathedral Square :) Happy Tuesday, take care and stay safe..

  7. That does look pretty, especially when you show the shot of it in-situ. And after you explained about the names I understand why it's so symmetrical.
