The importance of being.. bees!

To be successful one has to be one of three bees,
the queen bee, the hardest working bee,
or the bee that does not fit in... Suzy Kassem.

I read somewhere that if the bee disappeared off the face of the earth man would only have four years left to live.. true or not it's a very good reason to protect these perfect, powerful, petit pollinators! The beauties here were created by mega talented Perth based artist Jerome Davenport and spotted in Mount Lawley. Happy Wednesday, take care and stay safe...

  3. I posted a comment when using Firefox, but that browser doesn't seem to work well with AOL or other pieces of my computer. I said bees are in trouble these days and that I love the mural as the artistry is terrific and the subject is important.

  15. Love street art, this mural is magnificent, so colorful and detailed! I recalled these words: “Bees do have a smell, you know, and if they don't they should, for their feet are dusted with spices from a million flowers.”
