Good point!

This one particularly made me smile because for the last week it has been up at crack of dawn in our house. Yesterday morning I had decided this is it.. not getting up until at least 7.30 :) It's pretty nippy these days, especially first thing in the morning, so there I was all warm and cosy in bed when looking through the window I saw my lawnmower guy pull up, I was up and dressed in two minutes flat.. tonight I'm going to bed early 😄 Happy Thursday, take care and stay safe..

  2. The crack of dawn here at the moment is about 04:30 in the morning so not many folks see it too often.

  7. What a great sign find. Sometimes I do get to sleep in to 6 or 7 am and enjoy that.

  8. I’ve been going to bed early for a change. It has helped my brain retrieve words which I was having trouble with.

  9. 7.30 is quite civilised. Might it have been later had the lawnmower man not arrived?

  10. Hmmmm. Deep question there. And I wonder: if you'd been up and waiting do you think the lawnmower guy would have showed up at 7:30?

  13. 7:30 is way to early to get out of bed in the winter time, way too early for noisy lawnmowers and what is your grass doing growing in winter anyway? I am amazed at how early the various tradespeople start their day, they show up all rugged up and wearing beanies and if they arrive too early for me I greet them in my PJs and dressing gown. I am expecting a plumber in the morning, I need him to be early(so he will probably be late) because the hot tap on the shower has stopped working and cold showers in winter just aren't my thing.

  14. Since we are retired, we only get up at 8.30, very relaxed...!

  15. That made me smile. It's a very valid point.

  16. Ha ha. I never thought I would learn to sleep in after working in racing stables much of my life, but habits have changed since retirement and I go to bed so much later! Have a good weekend, it is nearly here, Diane
