Black & white.. no way!

The area here along William Street in Northbridge abounds with vibrant colour. Seen just a few steps away from our last visit here. No monotonous black and white for this African equid in the window of Baby Mammoth painted by Emma Gundersen, it is shades of blue and yellow all the way! Is it just me or is that zebra giving everyone the side-eye :) I spent a beautiful winters day indoors catching up on three years of filing.. how about you, how did you spend your Sunday? Happy new week, take care and stay safe..

  1. I think all zebras should be yellow and blue!

  2. To me it looks a tad embarrassed about the new colour scheme, a very conservative animal is the zebra. I've been painting my back gate today, a rather fetching shade of brown.

  9. We usually see the world in color, but sometimes there is nothing better than a b&w photo.

  11. It's a good feeling to successfully get filing done. It appeals to me sense of order. So that is what a baby mammoth looks like, a bit zebra like but with different coloured stripes. Yes, I see what you mean about the eye.

You're way behind me on the filing, I must be almost 1 year behind, lol!! Hate it, no wonder I let paperwork pile up.

  22. Yes that is definitely a side-eye look. I once coloured a zebra in purple and black using an online application, it looked quite good.
