One moment, one day in September.....!

On the 28th of September this year people from around WA were invited to capture a single moment of their day the concept being that 'every photograph reveals an individual story and every story forms part of our collective memory, providing an incredible snapshot of life from the perspective of hundreds of people around our state', a very cool idea don't you think! Three hundred people participated in MOSAIC, an inspired vision initiated by Propel, Youth Arts WA about to celebrate their 10th birthday.. the results can be seen in the sleek, shiny foyer of Brookfield Place. I zipped into the city yesterday to meet Aimee and check out her entry below.. no it's not the fab flower macro, it's the ice cream cone and the perfect moment captured on a warm day by the beach, can't get better than that :) I hope your week is off to a good start, take care and stay safe.....

  6. The idea is wonderful and nicely displayed and you have to love your shot of Aimee and her entry. Lovely!!!!! The temperatures you are having sound pretty good after all the rain and cold we had today (nothing like yesterday). So I'll ask you the question you asked me: Want to swap?...didn't think so :).

  17. This is a splendid concept and an entertaining way to celebrate the creativity of photographers and the delightful features of your community.

It is good to be able to catch up with your blog. I was away in Ethiopia for three weeks and without internet access or time to keep up with my favorite blogs until the day before yesterday.
