It had to happen.

... sooner or later. Christmas pics! We were in the city last week to follow the Christmas Lights Trail. Not yet fully in the Christmas spirit despite the jolly elves and carolers, it was a fairly half-hearted look.. check out the link above for a more enthusiastic view :) Our Sydney famille arrive next week, makes all the difference looking at Christmas through the eyes of children/grandchildren, their excitement is contagious :) I did like the walk-through Christmas tree above, a bit different, one more opportunity for that merry photo op! Happy Sunday, take care and stay safe.. P.s. are you full of Christmas cheer yet? 🎅

  3. Well, it seems really odd to see Christmas elves and carolers strolling about in the 30C sunshine. And I'm looking out of the window here at yet another overnight snowfall. In fact just warming up from spending a hour in a freezing cold hockey arena watching my grandie play hockey. (ice hockey that is,,,) That's a very weird Christmas tree. And a weird present with legs. You obviously do Christmas a little differently in Perth!!!!!!

  10. Christmas in the South is never quite the same as Chrismas in the north, but given the choice I would be in the South!! Take care Diane

  11. Very tall walking Christmas trees or very short walking gifts. Too early, I say, but good to see people out enjoying themselves, whatever the reason.

  13. Fun Christmas photos! I've put up my favorite decorations. Next I must mail the 35+ handmade cards I've been making since summer, and give away the 40 I made as gift packs. I think I peaked on Christmas a few months ago.

  15. Strange , we have nearly the same tree tunnel here in Almere. How quick those ideas fly over the whole world.
