Very Jack the Ripper.....!!

I would love to take credit for the above pictures of an unusually foggy Friday night in Perth, but no can do! My daughter and a group of her friends went in to the city to listen  to some Jazz, and like me,  she  usually has her camera to hand (thank goodness)....just in case!! Given that 'low level clouds' are not a usual occurrence in Perth I should imagine there were many camera buffs out there snapping away like mad!! I know I would have been..... if I hadn't been ensconced cozily by the fire watching a French movie, c'est la vie.....!!

  3. Sure does look like London - was going to ask what you were doing in Northbridge on a night like this! These shots would win 1st prize in a comp.

  9. Oh gosh, this reminds me of my first encounter with Jack the Ripper at Madame Tussaud's in London... I had nightmares for 2 weeks (I was a kid at the time!) The first photo especially with the young lady leaning is perfect to go with the title!

  10. She's an able assistant, indeed. Though it looks a bit too active out there for Jack the Ripper.

  13. I was really more concerned about wolfmen than Jack the Ripper, apparently the fog is full of them.

  14. These are great shots. I'm so glad she took them and shared them with us. Like you, this type of event rarely happens in the Phoenix area but, it sure makes for a great photography event when it does.
