Santa(s) next door & Julmust.....!

Although I'm not back for a few days I wanted to pop in and take this opportunity to wish you a very merry Christmas from Perth. As I was leaving home a few days ago I had only minutes to dash back indoors.. grab my camera (the first time in over a week) to snap this 'right time, right place' shot. My footballer neighbor, and I'm guessing the whole 'footy' team were off on the next leg of their 'tour de fridge' :)  Christmas is almost over here in Perth, it was a wonderful family day with a perfect 30C but my thoughts were with all in the UK and Europe, the weather reports have been horrific with tragic consequences, I hope all is well with my Northern Hemisphere blog mates and that the weather calms down very soon. I've missed you and will be back in full swing before the New Year, catch you then, take care.. btw Steffe I now know quite well what 'Julmust' tastes like.. not bad :)

  1. I was wondering where you were off to, happy Christmas! It was 12 F or 20 below freezing this morning but no bad weather, only frozen mud. Enjoy the warm!

  8. A very Merry Christmas!

Are you sure you are not in Florida. We've been having the same temperatures and clear sky. Today is a bit cooler only 24C (75F).

The Central and Northern USA is having some very wintery weather also. Wind, ice and freezing rain storms with plenty of electric outages. ... and I am looking forward to moving back! Florida is expensive and boring.

  13. You have some funny Christmas men overthere! Thanks for your concerns over the weather here. We had the third heavy storm in two months, but fortunately no damages or floods. So enjoy your sunny weather with 30 degrees!
