When things get a wee bit exasperating, there's nothing like a walk along the coast to soothe the ragged nerves. The sound of the waves crashing on the shore, the sun glinting on the waves... and oh yes! a little bit of eye candy doesn't go amiss either haha! The weather is cooling down in Perth and the beaches are definitely not packed these days, but at 25C there are still some ready to top up their tans in the midday sunshine. The boats on the horizon are anchored and lined up in Gage Road the shipping lane that leads them into Fremantle Port, Rottnest Island is out there too, under that little fluffy cloud. TGIF hope it's a good one.....!
The coastal view here is a tad different than yours, to say the least, but the sentiment certainly applies. And it's still only Thursday here! :)
ReplyDeleteYour coast/beaches are beautiful! I know our beaches here are definitely my favorite places to walk/spend time and a little eye candy never hurts!!! I do love your captures for the day, Grace! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteSylvia
I see what you mean about the eye candy! Is nude sunbathing allowed in Australia? Looks like those guys might need to cover up though, they're looking a bit red. :)
ReplyDeleteIt just never hurts to look.
ReplyDelete29 degrees here tomorrow! It is 7 PM here, and it's still 25. Guess the looooooooong awaited summer is finally here! One thing though: I love empty beaches, but no such thing here.
ReplyDeleteWhat a blue!!
ReplyDeletewhat a fabulous beach! I'd like to be there, and to enjoy EACH of the pleasures offered here! :o)
ReplyDeleteWow - what a blue!
ReplyDeleteOh to wallow in the sand. With lots of sun tan lotion... (Is it me or is one of those shoulders RED?)
ReplyDeleteLooks like your telephoto lens is paying for itself!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely nothing wrong with eye candy! We are just getting into our beach season here, so hope to see plenty of it! Have a great Friday!
ReplyDeleteAaaah...a day on the beach!! I hope I'll go to it soon! Arianna
ReplyDeleteThat water is sublime. If only those guys knew they're the subject of Perth Daily Photo!
ReplyDeletePerfect for the ragged nerves. The rain arrived here this morning but it's only for a brief visit.

Quelle belle plage et quel bleu intéressant !!!
ReplyDeleteTGIF? Oh, right 'thank god it's friday' (took me a while!) Fine weather for the next 7 days - a bit too chilly for the beach for me. Have a good one......
ReplyDelete25 sounds like paradise. It's not yet June and we expect 36 or 37 over the weekend. We had a very warm winter and are concerned about the summer. That ocean looks very refreshing, though.
ReplyDeleteI would enjoy the beach, but I would want to check out the denizens of blankets further up the beach.
ReplyDeleteThat sea is a stunning blue... beautiful day, peaceful.
ReplyDeleteNothing like candy on a Friday!
ReplyDeleteI like the way the photos get closer and closer to what you were really looking at Grace ;-) they look a little burnt to me, but sure I could cope! Lovely blue of sea too.
ReplyDeleteThe tiltshift effect you were asking me about- there are various free online websites that you can use for the effect e.g. http://tiltshiftmaker.com/ Have fun!
Always a great way to relax Grace. Have a wonderful (and relaxing) weekend as well.
